What is an Assessment Centre?

How does it work?
We work in partnership with you to identify the key behaviours and competencies which need to be thoroughly tested in order to assess the suitability of a candidate for the specific vacancy. This is achieved through a variety of methods including interviews with Hiring Managers and benchmarking against existing high-performing staff.
We design a series of challenging tasks which will test the required competencies and behaviours, and create an Assessment Framework to ensure consistent marking across all Assessors present on the day.
We design and communicate a suitable schedule for the day based on our years of experience of running successful Assessment Centres. We then co-ordinate and run the whole Assessment Centre on your behalf.
